CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Guests can normally check into their room from 15.00Hrs on the day of arrival and are required to check out by 11.00Hrs on the day of departure.
BOOKINGS
All offers of accommodation and other services featured on the Best Western Plus Delmere Hotel site are subject to availability and there is a limited allocation of rooms available to all offers. The right is reserved to decline bookings. You cannot combine any special offer, rate or promotion on this site with any other special offer, rate or promotion offered by other 3rd party websites.
No two special offers can be combined on the same booking.
A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. Debit & Pre-Paid cards must have sufficient funds to cover the first night’s accommodation as we pre-authorise (reserve) the first night’s charge in full, 3 days before arrival. This is pre-authorisation; payment is NOT taken.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information on 3rd party websites.
PRICES
All prices are in Pound Sterling. The prices featured are per room per night unless specified otherwise. These prices include accommodation in the room type as described, breakfast as specified, and VAT at the prevailing rate.
Minimum length of stay restrictions may apply to certain rates, as specified.
CHILDREN
Cots/Cribs for infants under 2 years old are available free of charge, however, these are limited and are subject to availability. Please check at the time of booking. Should you wish to make a booking which includes and infant Cot/Crib then please email us on: reception@delmerehotel.co.ukor telephone on +44 (0) 207 706 3344. Rollup beds for children above 2Yrs are not available, therefore children over 2Yrs must use a full-size bed equal to an adult and will be charged.
PAYMENT
Best Western Plus Delmere Hotel accepts the following methods of payment:
Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB & China Union.
Debit Cards: Visa/Delta, Switch, Solo Maestro.
Both Credit and Debit cards may be used as a method of payment and securing reservations and must be used in line with the card issuers’ rules. Upon arrival you must present the same credit card with which you made/guaranteed the reservation. If you cannot, we will require an alternative form of payment.
Cash payments can only be accepted with a valid credit card guarantee.
Cheques payments are no longer accepted.
PRE PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, & NON ARRIVAL CHARGES
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel or amend your booking made directly with Best Western Plus Delmere Hotel then please contact Reservations on +44 (0) 207 706 3344 or Email: reservations@delmerehotel.co.uk.
Advance Purchase Rate bookings are not amendable or refundable.
Other bookings: There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 16:00 GMT 1 day prior to the date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled after this time or in the case of a non-arrival the first night will be charged in full and the remainder nights of the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can:

Should you have made your reservation via a 3rd party website such and Expedia, Booking etc., your must contact them directly as you contract is with them.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Your bedroom will usually be available from 15.00Hrs on your day of arrival and is held by Credit or Debit Card guarantee for the first night only unless otherwise advised.
On your day of departure we would ask that you vacate your room by 11.00AM otherwise you may be subject to a charge for an additional night’s stay. If you would like to extend your check-out time until 14.00Hrs at the latest at an extra charge.
Please note, due to Health & Safety and Fire Regulations:
The maximum occupancy for a Single room is 1 person.
The maximum occupancy for a Double, Twin or King room is 2 persons.
Both exclude any infants under 2Yrs in cots provided by the hotel.
PARKING
On-site parking is limited and charged at £20.00 per day. We regret that we cannot make reservations for parking. Alternative, paid garage parking is available nearby.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to vehicles or their contents whilst parked on our premises.
ANIMALS & PETS
No animals or pets of any kind, except guide dogs, are allowed in the hotel.
No charges are made for guide dogs however you must advise us at the time of booking.
INSURANCE
We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks including personal loss, accident and personal public liability.
All bedrooms are non-smoking. Guests who smoke in a bedroom may be charged up to £400 to cover our costs to deep clean all the fabrics and furnishings.
For guests who would like to smoke, they must do so outside the front entrance of the hotel. Smoking is also not permitted within the internal courtyards of the property.
BEHAVIOUR AND INSURANCE ON OUR PREMISES
We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards any member of our staff or other guests.
You must make ensure that any members of your party or anyone visiting you or your party behave in such a way that they do not cause a nuisance or disruption to our employees or anyone else using or visiting the hotel.
Should any of the members of your party refuse to or appear to be unable to alter any aspect of their behaviour which is unacceptable to us, we reserve the right to terminate the stay of the person(s) involved or all of the party.
You agree to pay any loss or liability of any kind to us or any other person which is caused by members of your party.
If any damage caused by your party prevents bedrooms or other facilities being used whilst damage is made good including smoking in bedrooms, you will be charged for any revenue lost during this period.
Un-registered guests are not permitted in the hotel bedrooms.
We advise that you are insured against all negligent losses or liabilities as defined by the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956
QUERIES
In the unlikely event that you have a concern or complaint during your stay you must bring this to the attention of the Management at the time, to ensure that we have an opportunity to rectify the issue.
